His twitter site has a good video. Handles.the ball well, drives well, 6-7, has range on his 3 point shot and makes about 33% of them.
He says life changes, but God doesn't. Seems like a good cultural fit.
He originally went to Tulane on a football scholarship, but decided to go to basketball. He seems to be hitting his stride now in basketball. Recently named KS Juco player of the week when he averaged over 30 pts a game.

So will the ability of a program to recruit international players become the hot thing in recruiting world?
International players are very good and can help a program.
We have N'Guessan. But we have not recruited any yet directly.
Just some thoughts after hearing Cowherd say the NBA is getting a lot of international players.

this take reminds me of wooly's days, i think it was his? anyway, rumor was that he had recruited a big frenchman. the guy was supposed to be "the natural" of international ball. nothing ever came of him. i'm not sure he even existed - that it wasn't an internet fable of some sort.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

SOBs Duke signed 5 Star African Khaman Maluach.
I hope Ngongba is paying attention cause he won't be getting much playing time.
But will get NIL $$$$
I don't like Duke if you can't tell.
I hope some flunky team bounces these egotistical suckers from the tournament.

This was an interview with Coach Tang on a Wildcat NiL Collective YouTube podcast.
Paraphrasing, Coach said if we have enough money for NIL to give a kid an attractive package, he and his staff can compete for kids who are not just looking for a big payday. Tang will not get into a bidding war. I often wonder if last spring if we had NIL money we could.have landed Max Abmas.
I.hope.our NIL collective is loaded and ready to hunt for bear.
I hope our staff is out beating the bushes to find a diamond in the rough like Tennessee did.

Maybe we can get him in next year's portal opening. Coach Tang wouldn't have tried to over recruit him once signed in the same year.

Cowley College sophomore Jeff Nwankwo was in the "zone" during the Tiger basketball team's game at No. 24-ranked Butler. Nwankwo scored 23 first-half points to help Cowley to a 40-20 advantage and finished with a career-high 37 points in the Tigers 81-65 road win Wednesday in El Dorado.
Nwankwo buried his fifth three-pointer of the game just before the halftime buzzer sounded and was 9-of-12 from the floor in the opening half.

I really like this kid. Hell of a story. Likely will go to another Big 12 school and torture us.

Iowa State's mist important player is from Iowa.
Omaha Biliew is from Iowa.
If there is a good player in KS, they go to KU.
I hope we can produce good players in KS and then KS land them
