Being from SC KS where our tress consists of red cedars, cottonwoods,. hedge trees and Chinese elms, I was enjoyed the multiple colors of the trees on campus. Plus the fat squirrels running around in the piles of leaves.

Yeah, for sure. I live on the west side of town. I enjoy going for long walks and Manhattan has a lot of great trails that connect to parks that they have left in their natural state (tall grass prairie, creeks, woods, etc.). It makes the walks here anything but boring.

The poor squirrels in my section only have hedge ball seeds to live on and to store for the winter. It is a good thing that squirrels have a little brain because only a stupid animal would gnaw on a green sticky nasty smelling hedge ball to get seeds.
