it's a long season. Mahommes is settling in a bit on his personal life... probably trying to figure out father-hood and the business side of things (handling all that money is hard). time will tell if he 'gets it back'.
in a 21 year career, Brady made it to the game 9 times. winning 7.
it's possible expectations were way too high/pumped up to begin with. sometimes it's important to step back and settle in.
not sure how/why this team is struggling on defense... once the 'calling card' of the chiefs.
If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivized, coerced, bullied, socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized...you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest

Patrick improvs/freelances a bit too much, and also has a tendency to roll/scramble into pressure as of late....a little dose of step up in the pocket and read through your progression would work wonders this weekend.
Worst defense in the NFL....by A LOT....this team's not goin' anywhere with that defense.

At the end of the game I noticed Jones was not playing DE. Danna and Okafor were and not doing bad. A defensive end is more than a rusher. They have to be fast enough to stop runners going around the end. Jones moves laterally worse than a bull elephant.
Another thing it seemed like Niang was getting beat a lot. Ugly, but a win.

That was ugly. Disappointing.
I am not sure if the Chiefs can turn this ship around. Right now they have to plug holes to keep things from sinking.
I think a wildcard playoff spot is the goal now.
