I thought this issue was resolved. Something involving a drive-by with Wainwright's car but he wasn't in it? Not looking good if the US Marshal's Office got him.

I don’t know the reason for the warrant but I can tell you that the US Marshalls only get involved when you’re dealing with felonies at the federal level.

Breaking news via @Ian__Cummings on Wainright: He was arrested in Kansas City today by U.S. Marshals - he's charged in Johnson County, Kan., with two felonies: fleeing and eluding and obstruction.

Jump to conclusions? The administration last said that the police investigation had been wrapped up a while ago. If that is true and they were telling the truth, they played a player that was clear as far as they knew. As soon as new charges came up, from the federal authorities now, he is suspended immediately.
