This does not sound nice. I hope Dalton gets his pay check.

risner got in it with one of the qb's this season after the o'line missed assignments. it got ugly on the sidelines. his attitude may have wore thin out there. dalton always seemed like a first class dude to me.

A person can be a socialist in a capitalist society, but a person is not allowed to be a capitalist in a socialist society.
That’s not a good look for Dalton. Sean Payton is looking to change the culture for the donkeys. He made comments the other day that made it sound like he’s going to change out a lot of personnel. They just signed a guard yesterday in free agency. I suspect Risner won’t be back with his hometown team.
But one of those “Free agents the Chiefs should sign” articles listed Risner as a target for a back up because he had 4 years as a starter at guard and he can play either guard position plus right tackle. Probably for less than he was making. We’ll see.

this is an example of why i have so little interest in pro sports. dalton was 'captain emaw' here, everything you'd want and hope for in student-athlete. then he goes pro and gets all caught up in whatever that is or isn't.

qb's always put blame on the line.

Dalton's wife is from Chillicothe, MO (She was an all-state basketball player) so a move closer to KC would be welcomed. He is a good guy who looked bad for a sideline altercation on a very undisciplined football team. Gut says Payton will fail in Denver. All the tough guy talk and rules and regulations will not work in 2023 professional sports.

dalton is so versatile. i remember him even playing some center here. but i'm old and may be wrong on that one.

I think you are correct TM. He has value because he can play all over the line. Plus he is a team first guy. He needs to get away from that cesspool in Denver. He’d be a good addition in KC.
