Thanks. I appreciate their optimism in the Cats, but just can’t bring myself to have the same. But sure hope they’re correct.

Two straight losses would sink the ship imo

Good news that Boerema, Ruhl and Day are returning. Could see Ruhl as the Saturday starter.

Sweet!! Thought Boerema only had one year left to play. And Brady was one of the hottest hitters last year. He and Culpepper will be huge in the top of the lineup. Also add Chuck Ingram from WSU and hopefully Jones becomes more consistent and can get his speed on the bases and that top 4-5 could be about as good as any.
Anyone hearing anything about the shortstop position?
It could be Danniel Rivera (D2 transfer).
KC will be the SS, should have been last year as well. Rivera started the scrimmage at 3rd.
Other notes:
- Karl started in left
- Lobliner hit a absolute bomb to left center into the wind for a grand slam
- Day hit a bomb
- Parsons looked good (played 2nd) for the second half of game. Has good speed
- Battle at 1st (Lodice, Lobliner, Bishop). Bishop played some 3rd also
- Wentworth looks to finally be healthy
- lots of funk from the relievers
