Re: 2024 KSU Mens Varsity Baseball Season
This team REALLY struggles against LH pitchers. Opponents only need to scout that and roll out their LH in order to beat K-State. It's mind boggling how bad they are against lefties.

seriously did not think klieman could get an experienced dude to sit in the shade behind sunshine . on the other hand, we know quarterbacks are but a play away from being starters, howard for thompson being the classic. anyway, good on coach for pulling this off. it's a comforter. ". . . sit in the...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JS7RIKSaCc&t=12s Chief's Kicker Harrison Butker's commencement speech at Atchinson, Kansas Catholic College Benedictine is trending on X (Twitter). This post definitely borders on religion/politics. I applaud Butker. I have added him to my personal list of heroes. G...

I remember that (3.2 beer) when I went to K-State. There were bars that served exclusively 3.2 beer (Mr. K's, Kites, Mother's Worry?, et al), then others that served the 21+ crowd with what we called "6-point" (although I think it meant beer with alcohol of at least 4.5%). I'm trying to remember bu...

Wow, just read the article posted on K-State sports website....on staff since 1988 (the same year Coach Snyder was first hired) and two years before I graduated. I'll always have a special place in my heart for K-State T&F since my father was part of their team in the 50's.

When I went to Manhattan you could buy 3.2 beer at 18. Aggieville was crawling with kids under 21. It seemed like Manhattan had more of a "college town" vibe. If the mayor would of plowed into a bar back then, he would be a campus celebrity I remember that (3.2 beer) when I went to K-State. There w...

3maw’s most recent pod with Henry “Bill” Walker is a pretty good listen and he gives his own perspective on NIL, which I call PFP and he pretty much does as well. He doesn’t care for it as is. He’s not against players getting a piece of the pie at the end of the season, but doesn’t care for the buy...
